Our skilled bakers begin the day at 4 a.m. to mill our fresh flour and mix our hand-crafted doughs to perfection.   Of course, it takes time and attention to bake from scratch--hence the early start--but the taste is worth it.  Our  talented staff works hard while most of the city is sleeping in order to mix, knead, roll, and slice.  Every loaf of bread, every pastry, and every bar and cookie on our shelf is baked to our high standards of quality and taste.  In fact, if a particular batch of bread or sweets doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it.

Honey Whole Wheat

Our signature and most popular bread is a perfect blend of five pure ingredients – freshly ground 100% whole wheat flour, pure honey, filtered water, salt, and yeast.

Dakota

This fiber-loaded bread features sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds, which we generously kneaded into our honey whole wheat dough for a crunchy, hearty, and flavourful bread.





Farmhouse White

Dubbed the "yummy bread" by one of our bakers' sons, this traditional sandwich bread is simply and tasty.







Asiago Pesto (Nuts)

Cinnamon Chip

Enjoy the sweet goodness of cinnamon chips in every bite. Flour, cinnamon chips, honey, and ground cinnamon. This slightly sweet bread makes heavenly French toast.






Cinnamon Chip Raisin

With spicy cinnamon and tender, sweet raisins, cinnamon chip raisin bread is perfect for toasting.  In fact, it's so good that it might not even last long enough to make it to the toaster.





Gluten X
We combine four rice, oat, and tapioca flours to achieve the perfect texture.  To this non-gluten flour base, we add ground flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds.  You don't have to avoid gluten to appreciate our tasty and healthy Gluten X bread.  (Please note that though we make Gluten X bread regularly, we store it frozen since it's a specialty item.  Allow time for thawing.)

Cinnamon Rolls

Our fluffy, gooey cinnamon rolls aren't just for breakfast.  Made with whole wheat flour and loaded with spicy cinnamon, you can enjoy them any time of day.


Cream Cheese Scones

Made with soft dallops of tangy cream cheese, our scones are a melt-in-your mouth delicacy to which we add fruit, chocolate, and sometimes nuts.  Some days we even drizzle our scones with a titch of flavored icing.

Muffins

Enjoy our scrumptious muffins in a variety of flavors.

Bread Pudding

Our moist bread pudding is chock full of spicy cinnamon and sweet, tender raisins.

Monkey Bread

Monkey bread is an addictive cinnamon pull-apart pastry sure to please everyone, young and old.

Cookies

You will never tire of our soft, chewy cookies.  In fact, we bake them slightly oversized so you can enjoy every flavor a little longer.  Although we offer different flavors each day, certain flavors are available every day, including chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, dillon, turtle, and Gluten X chocolate chip.

Bars

While we bake brownies and cashew crunch bars every day, we also bake other bar flavors to satisfy every tatse bud.

Health Bars

We offer two extra-wholesome health bars: harvest bars (with 6 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber) and trek bars (with 11 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber).  Either bar will satisfy the hungriest of appetites.
